H & J Associates believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
H & J Associates does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items that come under edible category like Icing colours, Sugar paste, eatables etc.
In case of Customer Cancellations, a Charge of 10% will be Levied on the Invoice Amount.
In case of Seller Cancellations, No Charges will be Levied on the Customer.
After the order is processed/shipped : A Charge of 10% on the Invoice Value would be levied in case Order is cancelled by the user. Along with that, Customer will have to pay both forward and return shipping cost to seller for replacement/cancellation/return.
Seller can cancel order on account of non-availability of stock or any other reason
In case of Natural Calamities/Strike or any Unforeseen Conditions, we can cancel an order by confirming with the Customer.

Pack all the returned items, along a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
1) RETURN DUE TO CHANGE IN MIND : H & J Associates will happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to Original Payment Method or Store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Kindly Note that we will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.There wont be any return for orders made as per drawing and specially for the customers.
2) IN CASE YOU HAVE RECEIVED INCORRECT/DAMAGED PRODUCT FROM H N J ASSOCIAES : The team will investigate the same. Once approved, The Return will be Picked up from your Shipping Address. The Shipping Cost will be Borne by H & J Associates.
3) IN CASE YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT :
The refund will be issued only if the Product is unused. Also, the shipping charges paid in the original order are not refundable. Also if the product has been used, then the refund will not be issued and we request you to keep the product. If the product is still sent back, then in that case refund will not be issued and the product will be disposed off permanently and cannot be resent/claimed back.

In case you are Unable to Ship it from your end, we will arrange for a Pickup and the Return Shipping Charges will be Adjusted from the Refund. If the Return Freight is higher than the product purchase cost, then, in that case, return pickup will not be done.
You will receive an email after we receive your Item/s . Then Quality Check is done. If the product passes through the quality check, then Refund will be Initiated and expect to receive the refund in 4-7 Business days depending upon the payment mode.
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by H & J Associates. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order
Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favour of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
